Project Background:

The project is located in the Changshu High-tech Industrial Development Zone. The first phase of the park was upgraded and renovated based on the existing Prologis logistics park, with a construction area of over 62,000 square meters, making it one of Jiangsu Province's major new infrastructure projects. The second phase plans to cover a construction area of over 81,000 square meters, including one office building and two data center buildings.
